In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on lt777. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. lt777 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. lt777 is designed for use by residents of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. lt777 does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where offering or receiving these services constitutes a legal violation.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts or participating in gambling activities, you are not permitted to use lt777.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on lt777. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of lt777 and its affiliated operators are not permitted to hold a Player Account or place wagers on the Platform.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money wagering on lt777, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. lt777 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information submitted by the User.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify lt777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Account Transfers. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds, credits, or entitlements associated with it to any third party.

3.5 Account Dormancy. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. lt777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

4.1 Verification Requirement. lt777 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawal requests or granting access to enhanced account features. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard regulatory obligation for all licensed betting platforms.

4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC, you must submit the following:

• A clear photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), showing all four corners and legible text;
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill or bank statement (BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri) dated within the last three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP and a handwritten note bearing today's date and the word "lt777".

4.3 Processing Time. lt777 will review submitted KYC documents within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receipt during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). You will receive an email notification confirming approval or requesting additional documentation.

4.4 Right to Request Additional Documentation. lt777 reserves the right to request supplementary documents at any time, including during ongoing account use, if risk-assessment or compliance procedures require further verification.

4.5 Suspension Pending Verification. lt777 may suspend withdrawal functionality on any Account pending the completion of KYC, without affecting the User's ability to continue placing wagers using existing balance.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to lt777 accounts are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following deposit methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit amount per single transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) are typically credited within five (5) minutes. Off-hours deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account balance.

lt777 does not charge fees on incoming deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which lt777 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and protect User funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no standard maximum withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts; however, lt777 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC clearance as described in Clause 4. lt777 targets same-day processing for all approved withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 WIB on standard banking days.

5.3 Currency

The Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). lt777 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be rejected and returned to the originating account.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. lt777 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general provisions in this Clause 6.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page on lt777. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. lt777 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6.4 Abuse Prevention. lt777 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. lt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and currently being wagered in good faith.

6.6 One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the previously active bonus unless otherwise specified.

7.1 Product Range. lt777 offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting), and other wagering products. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted and binding once lt777's system has confirmed it with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a system error, technical fault, or connectivity failure that prevents confirmation, the bet shall be deemed void and any staked amount returned to the User's account balance.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. lt777 publishes minimum and maximum stake limits for each product. These limits may vary by game type, event, or account tier and are displayed at the point of placing a wager. lt777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its discretion.

7.4 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are clearly erroneous (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), lt777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount. The existence of a palpable error will be assessed objectively against the prevailing market at the time the bet was placed.

7.5 Abandoned and Voided Events. For sports betting markets, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the completion of the minimum period required for bets to stand (as specified in the game rules), all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned. 7.6 Result Disputes. If you wish to dispute the outcome of a game or event, you must submit a formal complaint to lt777 within seventy-two (72) hours of the result being published. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted. lt777's decision on all result disputes, after review, is final and binding.

8.1 Commitment. lt777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all Users with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any User who believes their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion by contacting lt777 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of thirty (30) days to a permanent lifetime exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the User will be unable to log in to their Account, and all marketing communications will cease.

8.3 Deposit Limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through their account settings. Deposit limit increases take effect after a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours; decreases take effect immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lt777. Engagement in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Operating more than one Account on lt777, whether under the same or different identities;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game outcome;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using lt777 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any component of lt777's technology or intellectual property;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward lt777 staff or other Users.

10.1 Service Availability. lt777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and technical failures may result in temporary unavailability. lt777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, lt777's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. lt777 integrates third-party payment processors, game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Spribe), and data providers. lt777 is not liable for any failure, error, or delay caused by such third-party services.

10.5 User Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. lt777 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through wagering activity conducted in accordance with the Platform's rules and these Terms.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the lt777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, user interface designs, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of lt777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited Licence. lt777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

11.3 Prohibited Use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the lt777 Platform without prior written consent from lt777.

12.1 Suspension by lt777. lt777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

12.2 Balance on Termination. In the event of an Account termination not arising from a breach by the User, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via the most recent deposit payment method within fourteen (14) business days, subject to completion of KYC.

12.3 Termination by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules before the account is closed.

12.4 Forfeiture on Breach. Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a User's breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting — lt777 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including real-money funds, without liability to the User.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lt777 holds its operating licence. Where a User is a resident of Indonesia, Indonesian consumer protection principles will be taken into account in any dispute resolution process, without prejudice to the governing law applicable to the Platform's operating entity.

13.2 Informal Resolution. lt777 encourages Users to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. lt777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within fourteen (14) days.

13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the applicable jurisdiction. The arbitration process shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13.4 Waiver of Class Action. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes with lt777 on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration against lt777.

14.1 Right to Amend. lt777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

14.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations — lt777 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of lt777 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.
